Built toilets at our homes but neither got promised Govt support nor wages...

Gaukaran Verma is talking to Mr Sujanakar of Surra village in Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh who tells him that their village was declared a Nirmal (clean) village in 2013 and each 234 families was to be given Rs 9100 for making toilets. 40 families have built their toilets but have not got money yet. 99 worked for building 86 toilets but have not got their wages yet.
