Ramashankar is talking to Kamlesh Pawar of Bhedmagarh village under Dindvi panchayat in Etapally tehsil of Gadchiroli district in Maharashtra who says both hand pumps were broken from long in his village and no one helped despite complaint to officials. They were forced to drink water from canal. Then they recorded a message on Swara and after that both handpumps have now got repaired.
