Transformer broken, no electricity in village from 3 months, officers don't listen...

Jagjivan Singh Uike is calling from Mohgai village in Siroli panchayat of Manendragarh block of Koria district in Chhattisgarh and is talking to villagers who tell him that they are living in dark from around 3 months as transformer is broken. They have complained many times but officers give only false assurance. Education of children is getting effected as it is also hard to get kerosene oil.
