My name is Sangram Kesari. I am calling from Tajulia panchayat in Daringbadi block of Kandhamal district in Odisha. People from 11 villages use the connecting road here which is three and half kilometer long but is in such a bad condition that it is difficult to even ply a two wheeler. Children go to school using the road, sick go to doctor and people use it for going to work. Complaint to officers have not worked in 33 years.
