Naresh Bunkar is visiting Dhursi village under Kandawani panchayat in Pandariya block of Kabirdham district in Chhattisgarh and talking to villagers who tell him that many of them had worked in road construction for 6 weeks under NREGA between Dhursi and Chhirpani but did not get payment for more than 6 months.
