Chandmani is calling from Ganjutoli under Hathiguda village in Gurundiya block of Sundergarh district in Odisha and talking to villagers who tell her in Mundari that there was no Community building in village so they recorded a message on Swara in January and after that it got sanctioned during Feb-March and now construction of Community House is almost half completed.
