Handicapped should make a union and join Anna movement
Mohammad Anwar from Handicapped Rights association in Dhanbad Jharkhand says though Govt gives a paltry sum of Rs 200 to handicapped persons as pension but people are not getting even that. There is huge corruption in administration and handicapped people are not getting their rightrs.
