Govt is not issueing ration cards in Delhi slums from 2008

Jyoti Tomar from Delhi says she is doing some research with a Women’s group in slums of Delhi and she has found out that Govt is not making any new ration cards from 2008. The Govt is also not making any new Below Poverty Line cards which is causing huge problem for poor families. She requests the Govt to restart giving ration and BPL cards soon.
