Sanjay Sharma from Chhattisgarh is telling us about Special Gram Sabha being planned in the state in all 9734 Gram Sabhas from 20th August. He says in these special meetings representatives are supposed to give details of expenses of the year 2010-11 and should be used to raies objections if any. He says it is generally seen that these meetings are a mere formality and Gram Sabahs are just peddaling the Govt agenda set from above.
