Jagdish is calling from Loni 521 village of Chhataini panchayat, Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh where villagers tell him that only hand pump installed by forest dept in their village of 300 adivasis is broken from 1 year and people are facing difficulties. They are drinking dirty water from a well. People have been complaining to Public Health and Engineering dept but they say it’s forest dept duty and we don’t have budget.
