Ruchi Panda from Nuapada district of Orissa says since 2005 no traditional forest dweller has got land rights since the law was inacted. And those tribals who have got land rights, their deeds are not eligible for food insurance. 2 thousand people participated in a rally demanding these legitimate rights under banner of Jal jungle Mukti Andolan.
