Old age pension was increased from April, but no one getting

Bhuneshwar Prasad from village Charpara district Janjgir Champa in Chhattisgarh says that some people have read in the papers that Govt has increased the amount in Old age pension from April 2011. But in his panchayat no old age person is getting increased pension. When he enquires about it officials tell him that increased pension is only for the people who are above 80 years of age.
