Chandmani Shandil traveling with CGNet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached St Peter school Dattoli Kotam under Kotam panchayat in Gumla district in Jharkhand where Adivasi villagers tell her in Mundari language that many of them don’t have voter id card and if some them have, there are many mistakes in cards.
