Govt built dam spending 3.5 crore, not working from 3 years, farmers suffering...

Hari Singh Sidar is calling from Lanjoda village of Kondagaon district in Chhattisgarh and says Govt built a stop dam at the cost of Rs 3.5 crore for irrigation in the village but that is not working from 3 years. The dam used to help 240 adivasi farmers irrigate more than 2000 acres. Big farmers have individual bore wells but all small farmers are suffering.
