No quality control in mushrooming engineering colleges

Dilip from Raipur is interviewing a student of Govt Engineering college who says there is no practical work happening in his college. There is paucity of labs, instruments and teachers and the student does not feel confident that after passing out he will be able to do any work. Dilip says this is the situation of a Govt college and Govt is allowing many private colleges where there is no control on quality. One can only imagine what these students can contribute after their courses. Dilip can be reached at 09685698271
