NREGA : Illegal cuts in payment after technical evaluation!

Sanjay Sharma from Gram Adhikar Manch Surguja in Chhattisgarh is telling us details of two cases where NREGA payment to worker was reduced after technical evaluation. He says the evaluations were done months after the work and could not show the actual work which were damaged by rain after the work. According to law Govt should be giving compensation for any late payment but they are cutting wages after late evaluation.These kind of cases are there in every village.
