Our handpumps are broken from 5 years, officers don't listen, Pls call them...

Ravi Pandrey traveling with CGNet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Dhadhro Baru village, Binju panchayat in Manoharpur block of West Singhbhum district in Jharkhand where villagers tell him that 600 families live here and they have 8 handpumps but only 3 are working rest are broken from 5 years.
