Villgers suffering from lack of water, electricity and snake bites

Nooruddin Siddiqui from a small village called Ludeg in Jashpur district of Chhattisgarh is talking about difficulties in his small village. He says the biggest problem is of water. They have just one hand pump which does not work most of the time. Electricity rarely comes to the village and villagers are very affected by snake bytes.
