Chandmani is calling from Jangda village Rugda panchayat in Banai block of Sundargarh district in Odisha where Adivasi women tell her in Odia that 40 of them are under BPL and electric meter was fitted in their houses and bill was issued to all of them though there was no power. They complained to BDO and other officials but no one was paying attention. Then they recorded a message on CGNet Swara and after that bills were forgiven within 15 days.Chandmani@ 9437634437
