Bhajan Bhalavi is calling from Kuakheda village of Amanala panchayat, Dhanora block, Seoni district in MP and talking to villagers who say 51 Adivasi families live here but have not got ration slips under Food Security act. Only 12 families hold BPL cards and remaining are still waiting. They have been appealing to panchayat but progress has not been made.
