Govt spent crores to build bad quality canal, Water not reaching last villages...

Tejbahadur Singh is calling from Bagh village of Kukshi Tehsil, in Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh and talking to villagers of Thana and Limkheda who say in Bhili language that Govt has built a pond and canal spending Rs 40 crore for irrigation but due to bad quality of construction the canal is seeping in many places and water is not reaching villages like Limkheda.
