Police People face to face in Posco area, situation tense

Prashant Paikray, spokesperson for Posco Pratirodh sangram samiti says 20 platoon of policemen have arrived at around 8.30 am at Govindpur which is the proposed area for Posco steel plant to acquire the land. 2500 people are sitting in opposition, children at front, after that are women and older people. Police is announcing that sec 144 have been imposed and people should leave. People are adamant to not leave their land and the situation is very tense.
