Hemant Korram is calling from Ishalnar village under Bamni Post office in Kondagaon district of Chhattisgarh to say that the village high school has no building though it was approved 5 years ago. The school also faces acute shortage of teachers. Close to 300 children attend this school where there is hardly enough space to sit. Despite appeals to officers, nothing has changed here.
