Handpumps broken, officers don't respond because we are dalits, adivasis...

Balkumar Kol is calling from Lorohi village of Jaba block, Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh and says 3 hand pumps at different places in the village are broken from many months and they are drinking dirty water from wells. They appealed to officers but they don’t respond because they are poor Dalit and Adivasis, he alleges. We are falling ill and request repair of handpumps at the earliest.
