Naresh Bunkar is telling about a teacher from Ghaboda village in Birahuldih Panchayat, Pandariya block, Kabirdham district in Chhattisgarh and says the teacher Mr Vidya Chandrakar only visits school on August 15 and 26 January. Last year after a report on Swara the teacher with the help of Sarpanch, submitted a false report and there was no enquiry.
