Work on water tank stopped in 2009, No reply to even 2nd appeal in RTI...
Rekha Wangre is calling from Seoni in Madhya Pradesh. She says they have huge water problem and to solve this problem work on a water tank had started in 2008 but it got stopped in 2009. She has sent a RTI application and have followed it up with first and second appeal but is yet to get any reply from any one.
