Nathulal Rathore from Bhartiya Kisan Union says he had reported about 15 days back that a farmer Maggu s/o Shankar from village Chorbhatti in Jaitahari block of Anuppur district in Madhya Pradesh was sanctioned a well on his land in 2008-09 but the work was not completed.
