Govt not buying paddy from adivasi farmers, Please call officers to help them...

Kamal Purty from Pandrasali village of Khutpani block in West Singhbhum district of Jharkhand is talking to an adivasi farmer Gangram Purty who tells him that paddy is harvested but they are not able to sell. If they go to market then they do not get a good rate and are cheated. If they go to Govt society they tell them that there is no order from above to buy the paddy from farmers.
