Rakesh Rai is visiting Pampapur village in Surguja district in Chhattisgarh where he meets Bhagwat Ram who tells him that he worked 100 days under NREGA in 2012-13 but he is waiting for half the wages. When he goes to officials they say it is a problem of mobile banking. There are around 100 such people in his village who are also waiting for wages.
