Rakesh Rai is visiting Thekrapara in Lakhanpur block Surguja district Chhattisgarh. He says I had visited this village a month back and people were complaining that though they don’t get electricity ( had some poles) but were getting bills then he had reported about it on Swara. A month back all 45 houses have electricity and people are very happy and wants to thank Swara. They say their children are taking more interest in education now. Rakesh@9826515792
