Bhanu Patel is talking to Hemlata Sahu of Chhattisgarh Mahila Adhikar Manch in Bilaspur where they are discussing the law against Domestic Violence which was passed in 2005. She alleges that though the law was passed but Govt is not serious about implementing on ground.
