Allegation of using Sarkeguda enquiry to harass CPI against code of conduct

Chittaranjan Bakshi from Communist Party of India is alleging that Govt is using enquiry of Sarkeguda massacre to harass their party. 17 adivasis were killed by security forces in Sarkeguda in Bijapur district of Chhattisgarh last year and the enquiry has not proressed much but days before the election the commission has ordered 31 people to visit Raipur including the CPI candidate which is against model election code of conduct.
