Govt cheque to encourage child birth in hospitals got no money in 6 months

Anand Ji from Adivasi Adhikar Manch in Majhgavan in Satna district Madhya Pradesh is talking to Dinesh Kol an adivasi from Pendra Gram Panchayat who tells him that his wife gave birth to a girl child on 16th April in Govt hospital. And as per Govt scheme to encourage delivery in hospitals he was given a cheque of Rs 1400 but this is more than 6 months but the bank says Govt has not sent any money for him.
