Village school building becomes unusable in 3 years, Appeal for inspection

Devsharan Pandey is calling from village Michhalia in Chitrakoot in Uttar Pradesh. He says Junior High School building was constructed in his village in 2009-10 but the building has become unusable in 3 years and every teacher and student is afraid to go there. The school has shifted to another location. He requests authorities including collector at 09454417532 to inspect how a building go so bad in such a short period.
