Tej Rai Painkra from Bisunpur village in Udaipur block of Surguja district of Chhattisgarh is telling that around 40 people from his village worked under NREGA in 2011 but they have got only part of the wages. They have been to many officers collectively and have tried available helplines but that has not resulted in anything positive yet.
