Sunil Verma from Ranchi is telling us about Gram Sabha in Jala village in Balumath block of Latehar district. Three times before when villagers tried to assemble for Gram Sabha they were threatened by insurgent group Tritiya Prastuti Committee, a breakaway faction of Maoists allegedly on behalf of companies.
