Santosh Behera from Bhathra village in Hadia block of Korapur district in Odisha is telling us that last month my friend Sudhir Mohanty had sent a report on Swara saying a muscleman had taken away NREGA cards of 25 adivasi laborers from 3 years and they were not getting any work.
