Khunti, Jharkhand: No electricity, No Kerosene, People forced to live in dark

Sanika Munda from Khunti in Jharkhand is telling us about bad electricity situation of villages in his district. He says in some villages electricity poles were erected, wires were pulled but there is no electricity. Apart from that kerosene in public distribution shops is available rarely, once in few months.
