Old widow spends Rs 100 on each trip to officials but still no old age pension

My name is Dummiri Guravamma. I am calling from Narsingapeta village, Mukkunuru GP, Chinturu Mandal, Khammam distinct of Andhra Pradesh. I am on old widow but I am yet to get my old age pension. I have been to officials so many times. It costs me more than Rs 100 to visit the officials. I am very old and have no money or energy left to spend on these trips. Pls help me.
