Govt dept giving below minimum wages to workers in school construction...

Nohar Ram Sahu from village Jhajharkera in Magarlod block of Dhamtari district in Chhattisgarh is telling us that Govt Rural Engineering Dept is building a school in his village and giving wages of Rs 80 to women and Rs 100 to men whereas the minimum wage is Rs 132.
