Have Smart card but adivasis still need to buy medicine in Govt hospitals...

Rana Pratap Singh from Jashpur district in Chhattisgarh is visiting Dumarpani village in Bagicha block and meets few adivasis who live up in hills. They walk many kilometers to reach local health center. They tell him that though they have smart cards but hospital tells them that the scheme is not operational and they need to buy all medicines.
