Male sterilisation should be promoted instead of women, says a health worker

Naim Ejaz from Dhanbad in Jharkhand is talking to a Sahiya ( female Village health worker)superviser who is telling him about their work of pulse polio and sterilisation of men. She says sterlisation of men should be promoted instead of women. She also says though village health supervisers like her get some money but village health workers do not get any wages from Govt which needs to be changed.
