Govt should work for honorable rehabilitation of manual scavengers on prority

My name is Prakash Valmiki. I am calling from Fatehpur in Uttar Pradesh. Though Govt has made laws in 1989 and 1993 against manual scavenging but many women from my community still continue to do the work.
