Mosquito breeding near our only handpump, people falling sick, Pls help us...

My name is Midium Ramu. I am calling from Mamillagudem village,Kummuru gram panchyat,Chinturu mandal ,Khammam district of Andhra Pradesh. In our village there is one old drinking water bore well but it is not in good condition. Muddy water gets stored around it and breeds mosquitoes.
