Year after assurance still no govt support to children of manual scavengers

My name is Harishchandra Deepankar. I work to stop manual scavenging. I am calling from Chitrakoot in Uttar Pradesh. Last 28th March we did a demonstration in Delhi and Central Govt accepted to give Rs 1800 per month support to each child from these families. Rural development minister Jairam Ramesh had also visited our demonstration. But so far the support has not started. For more Deepankar Ji can be reached at 08718928718
