Toilets built by Govt are low standard so we dont use them, says villagers...

Mukesh Verma in Rewa Madhya Pradesh is visiting a village Kutma which is declared a Nirmal gram where Govt has spent a lot of money in building toilets. He talks to one villager who tells him that more than 60 toilets were built but the construction is so bad that people are frightened to enter the toilets as one gets sunk in it when you enter.
