Leaving cattles unattended should be stopped by law to help farmers...

Mahesh Shukla from Chitrakoot district of Uttar Pradesh is telling us about the tradtion of leaving cattles unattended after February till monsoon by farmers which is not allowing many farmers to take second crop. He says it is a bad tradition and it should change. May be Govt should bring a law to stop unattended cattles destroying crops. This will help many farmers.
