No work, NREGA job cardholders migrating to big cities in search of livelihood

My name is Ugan Bhuiyan. I am calling from Kendu village in Kasari panchayat in Chatra district in Jharkhand. In my village there are 50 NREGA job card holders but work on NREGA front is very slow and most of job card holders are migrating to big cities in search of work. It is the same story in nearby villages. When we complain to officials they tell us that no sanction has come from the top so they can not start any work.
