Patwari demanding Rs 4000 bribe to give land deed for house plot, Pls help...

My name is Ram Swayamvar Prajapati. I am calling from village Darraha, in Jaba block in Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh. Here the patwari is asking for Rs 4000 as bribe to give land deeds for the house plt we are living for ages. The people who paid the bribe are getting land deeds but there are many poor like me who can not and are suffering. Pls investigate this and help us.
