Children died in abandoned Open cast mines, demand for leveling gets louder

Subhash Gayali from Dhanbad in Jharkhand is telling us that locals in that area has been demanding for long that after coal mining is finished the abandoned open cast mines should be levelled so that farmers can restart their farming. That demand got louder today when 4 children drowned in collected water inside an open cast mine, where they had gone to play and lost their lives. People are very angry after the incident.
